A walk-through of our bra manufacturing facility — from pattern development to packed cartons

We believe buyers should know exactly where their products come from. Below is a walk-through of our facility. For prospective clients we also offer live video walk-throughs (typically 20–30 minutes with our production manager) on request.

Pattern & Development Room

Where every project starts. Our pattern team operates both traditional manual patterns (for complex plus-size cup engineering) and digital CAD grading. Pattern files are archived per client with version control.

Sampling Workshop

A dedicated 14-person team that only does sampling. This is the stage where fit-samples are produced for client approval. Typical turn-around is 7–10 days per sample round.

Fabric Inspection & Cutting

All incoming fabric is inspected before it enters production. We operate a 4-point fabric inspection standard and reject rolls with defects exceeding 40 points per 100 yards.

Cutting is done via automatic spreader + blade for bulk runs, manual cutting for small lots and premium samples.

Sewing Lines

We run 8 sewing lines of roughly 10 operators each. Each line specializes: plus-size underwire, seamless shapewear, nursing drop-cup, and so on. This specialization is why our defect rate sits around 0.8% (industry average is roughly 2.5–3%).

Quality Control

Inline QC at 25%, 50%, and 75% of every production run, plus a final inspection at AQL 2.5 before packing. Any item rejected at final inspection is re-worked or scrapped — never shipped.

Packing & Shipping

Poly-bag, hang-tag, inner label, care label, retail box — every step can be customized per client spec. We pack to master-carton export standards with proper shipping marks.
