Our 14-person sampling team turns around fit samples in 7–10 days. Once you approve the PPS (pre-production sample), bulk production takes 30–45 days with inline QC at 25%, 50%, and 75% of every run.
We handle pattern development, fabric sourcing, sample rounds, bulk production, quality inspection, and export packing — all in-house. No subcontracting. Your IP stays with us.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality Control
Every bra that leaves our factory has passed through five inspection points
Quality isn't a department. It's a process. Below is exactly how.
1. Fabric Inspection (Pre-Production)
Standard: 4-point fabric inspection system. 10% of every roll inspected under inspection light.
Rejection criterion: any roll >40 points per 100 linear yards.

2. Cutting Inspection
Ply-stack height verified against pattern tolerance. Notch accuracy checked across the stack.
Random pick-sampling on the marker (3 pieces per 100). Color-continuity verified across rolls for large runs.
3. Inline QC (During Sewing)
This is where most factories skip. We don't.
25% inline check — first 25% of the run inspected for construction defects. If defect rate >3%, we stop the line.
50% inline check — same sampling, catches any drift during the run.
75% inline check — final inline before all pieces are completed.
4. Final Inspection
Standard: AQL 2.5 (general) / AQL 1.5 (critical defects). Sampling plan: ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (Level II).
Every piece is visually inspected under standardized lighting. We check: seam integrity, hardware function (all clasps tested), size-tag accuracy, color consistency, and final measurements against tech pack.
5. Third-Party Inspection (Optional)
We welcome SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or any inspector of your choice. Our packing schedule can accommodate inspections without delay, provided you book 3 business days in advance.
What We Test For
Defect Rate
Our current rolling 12-month defect rate at final inspection is 0.8% (industry average: 2.5–3%). This is thanks to specialized sewing lines (operators repeat the same styles), heavy inline inspection (catching drift early), and pattern library stability (we reuse proven blocks).
Documentation
Every shipment ships with a QC report showing production run number, total quantity cut/sewn/passed/rejected, final inspection date, inspector initials, and any open issues with remediation.

A Buyer's Guide to Certifications
OEKO-TEX, BSCI, and ISO 9001 — What They Actually Mean and How to Verify a Supplier's Claims
Every factory email you get will say "BSCI-audited, OEKO-TEX fabrics, ISO 9001 certified." Here's what each one actually does — in plain English.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100
What it covers: the fabric (and sometimes the finished product) is tested for harmful substances — azo dyes, formaldehyde, heavy metals, pesticide residues. It is not a full sustainability certification; it is a skin-safety certification.
How to verify: ask for the certificate number. Then search it directly on oeko-tex.com/en/label-check. If it doesn't come up, the claim is false.
Gotcha: "OEKO-TEX fabric" only means the fabric is certified. The finished bra — with trim, elastic, and hardware — may not be, unless the factory has a Class I product certification.
BSCI (amfori BSCI)
What it covers: a social compliance audit. Working conditions, wages, hours, safety, no child labor, no forced labor. It's an amfori-run program widely accepted across EU retail.
How to verify: BSCI audits don't have public certificates, but the factory can share its audit report (often a PDF dated within the last 2 years). The report shows an A–E grade. Below a C is a warning sign.
Gotcha: BSCI is an audit — not a certification. Passing today doesn't mean passing next year. Always ask for the most recent audit.
ISO 9001
What it covers: a quality management system. It means the factory has documented processes for how it handles orders, quality control, corrective action, and customer complaints. It does not mean the products themselves are certified — it means there's a repeatable, documented system.
How to verify: ask for the certificate. Check the issuer (it should be a recognized body like BSI, TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas). Check the expiry date.

Ready Stock From 10 Pcs, Custom From 1,000 Pcs — Two Tracks, Two Minimums
The most common question we get is: "What's your MOQ?" The answer isn't one number — it depends which track you're on.
Ready Stock vs Custom Production
Track 1: Ready Stock — 10 pcs minimum
We keep a curated range of best-selling seamless bras and shapewear in our warehouse. If you're a boutique owner, a pop-up operator, or a new brand testing the market — 10 pieces is enough to prove you're a wholesale buyer, and we're happy to ship.
No pattern fees. No tooling costs. No minimum fabric buys. You pick from what's on the shelf, and it ships within a week.
This is our answer to the question everyone asks: "Can I start small?" Yes. Ten pieces is real wholesale, not a sample order disguised as one.
Track 2: Custom Production — 1,000 pcs minimum
When you need your fabric, your colors, your label, and your pattern — that's custom manufacturing. And here, the honest minimum is 1,000 pieces per SKU.
The math is straightforward: a bra has 30–50 components. Every supplier has an MOQ per component. Fabric mills want 500m. Hardware suppliers want 1,000+ pcs. At 1,000 pcs per SKU: fabric utilisation is efficient with minimal waste, cutting dies and pattern costs amortize across a meaningful volume, QC sampling rates are statistically valid, and production lines run at rhythm delivering consistent quality.
Below 1,000 pcs, the FOB price doesn't look like wholesale anymore — it trends toward boutique atelier pricing. A bra that FOBs at $6 in a 1,000-pc run might cost $12–$15/pc at 300 pcs. We'd rather be upfront about that than quietly inflate your quote.
What if you need fewer than 1,000 custom pieces?
- Start with ready stock. Validate the market with our existing styles at 10 pcs. Once you have traction, custom production at 1,000 makes economic sense.
- Combine styles. Multiple designs that share the same fabric and trims can help reach the combined 1,000-pc threshold.
- Capsule strategy. One style, 1,000 pcs, measure sell-through, then expand your line.
Tell us your brand stage and what you're trying to do. If custom at 1,000 isn't right for you yet, we'll point you to our ready-stock shelf instead of pushing you into a bad deal. Sometimes the right answer is "start with 10 pcs and come back."

Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
Ready stock: 10 pieces. Custom production: 1,000 pieces per style per color.
Can I split an order across multiple sizes?
Yes. For custom production, 1,000 pcs per SKU/color is the minimum; within that you can request any reasonable size distribution. Ready-stock orders start from 10 pcs total.
Can I split across multiple colors?
Not below 1,000 pcs per color for custom production. Each color requires its own fabric dye-lot.
Do you have a higher MOQ for custom-developed styles?
Same 1,000-pc minimum, but you'll pay a one-time development/sampling fee (typically $200–$600) which is usually credited against your first bulk order.
Lead Times
How long is sampling?
7–10 business days for a standard sample round. Complex custom work may take longer; we'll quote upfront.
How long is production?
30–45 days for bulk production after PPS (pre-production sample) approval. Complex orders or new fabrics may extend this to 50 days.
Do you offer rush production?
Sometimes, with a 15–20% rush fee. Depends on current factory loading.
Payment
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% against Bill of Lading copy (or before shipment for small orders). For established repeat clients we can discuss alternative terms.
What currencies do you accept?
USD, EUR, and RMB. Wire transfer (T/T) is standard. L/C at sight accepted for orders over USD 50,000.
Shipping
What shipping terms do you offer?
FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou (default), EXW factory (if you use your own freight forwarder), CIF and DDP (door-to-door, including duties) available on request.
How do you pack for export?
Individual poly-bag → inner carton (optional) → master carton with export shipping marks. Carton size and count per style quoted on order confirmation.
Customization
Can you do private-label only?
Yes. Minimum 1,000 pcs per SKU/color for custom private-label production. For ready-stock styles with your label, minimum 10 pcs.
Do you offer fully custom OEM?
Yes — this is a major part of our business.
Can you reverse-engineer a sample I send you?
Yes, if the IP is yours or clearly in the public domain. We do not copy designs that are under active IP protection of third parties.
Can I use my own fabric?
Yes, with a few conditions: minimum 500m of fabric on hand, arriving at our factory at least 10 days before production starts, and pre-tested for shrinkage/colorfastness. We can coordinate the testing on your behalf.

Are you BSCI-audited?
Yes — current grade A, last audited in 2024. We'll share the audit report under NDA.
Is your fabric OEKO-TEX certified?
The majority of our fabric library is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Specific certificates per SKU available on request.
Do you test for specific market compliance?
We can coordinate third-party lab testing for US (CPSIA), EU (REACH SVHC), California Prop 65, and other market-specific requirements. Lab fees pass through at cost.

How much does a sample cost?
Standard samples from our existing line: $30–$80 per piece, depending on style. Express shipping extra.
Are sample fees refundable?
Sample fees are credited against your first bulk order (not refunded in cash). You pay the shipping in either case.
Can I receive stock samples before committing?
Yes — we maintain stock samples of our 30 best-selling styles and can ship within 48 hours.
