Hi, I’m Lia, and Today We’re Discussing the Process of Underwear Manufacturing: Bowl Noodles

Understanding Bowl Noodles

“Bowl noodles,” often referred to as flower noodles, are an essential component in the construction of bras. They are made from materials such as lace, jacquard, printing, glossy, and embroidery. These noodles play a crucial role in covering the cup surface, allowing for a more prominent display of the overall bra style. They possess a strong aesthetic appeal and are crafted with precision.

Sewing Techniques

The sewing process utilizes a single needle car, with the stitch points being fine and the cut points evenly stitched. This meticulous attention to detail is crucial for creating a three-dimensional cup shape that lies flat on the cup surface. The provincial tip must follow the shape of the tip; otherwise, it will not conform to the top of the cup surface, affecting the overall visual effect. It is necessary to select and discard any substandard pieces and compare them with the cardboard template.

Bowl Noodle Pressing Lines

To enhance the three-dimensional feel of the cup surface and refine the flower surface, pressing lines are evenly pressed out directly above the provincial position on the flower surface. This technique requires skillful production to ensure that the lines at both ends are uniform and vertical, with no size discrepancies. The aim is to maintain the elasticity and normalcy of the lines, and to reverse the provincial seat mouth to the bend, resulting in a more harmonious and beautiful finish.
