Plus Size Engineering
Band sizes 34–48 engineered with purpose-built patterns — wider wings, stronger elastics, and proper reinforcement. We don't scale up standard sizes; we engineer for the plus-size body.
Quality Control
4-point fabric inspection, inline QC at 25/50/75% of every run, and AQL 2.5 final inspection. Current defect rate: 2.0% (industry average: 2.5–3%).

- Band sizes 34–48 — engineered for the full spectrum of plus-size ribcage circumferences, not scaled up from a smaller master pattern.
- Extended hook-and-eye closures — 4-row on bands 36–40, and 5-row on selected 42+ styles for stronger back support.
- Higher-modulus elastics and reinforced side panels — prevent the riding up and rolling that plagues upsized standard bras.
- High reorder rates. Plus-size bands engineered right mean customers return because the fit holds wash after wash.
