Falling Cloth in Two Layers: This process involves wrapping the cotton bowl with the lining and second layer of fabric, ensuring that the size and color match the cup type. We use single-needle sewing, focusing on the feel and skill required during stitching to meet specific process requirements. The lining must be parallel to the bowl edge, smoothed out to the top, without being too tight or wrinkled, which could compromise the visual appeal and comfort. We meticulously control the seam allowance to a uniform 2mm to prevent exposed stitch points that might mar the appearance. We also carefully inspect the second layer and lining for any defects before neatly arranging the pieces in a goods box.

Sewing the Front Bowl Edge: This step employs a unique production vehicle, the sewing machine, to create a three-dimensional, delicate, and unique stitch along the front bowl edge. This not only enhances the overall beauty but also facilitates the subsequent assembly process. It’s crucial to maintain control over the stitching feel to avoid elongating, shrinking, or creating empty spaces in the cotton bowl, which could affect both appearance and the complexity of later production stages. The seam allowance varies depending on the model number but is kept between 0.3cm and 0.5cm. We pay close attention to choosing the correct color for the stitching to ensure a clean line. Once the sewing is complete, the pieces are neatly harvested and placed in a goods box.
